This is an ABC TV movie. It aired in 1985 around Halloween. I remember watching it and enjoying it – especially the great song “Midnight Hour”. It’s not too scary, so a good choice for watching with the little ones just getting into horror movies. Has Peter Deluise, Levar Burton, and Dick Van Patten plus many other faces of the day.
