Dracula, Prince of Darkness
Hammer sequel to Horror of Dracula, not too bad of a movie actually, Christopher Lee was only in it for half the movie.

The Signal – Appetizer review
Odd little movie in three acts – like a zombie movie, but instead of the living dead, people are just violent sociopaths after hearing (or seeing) an odd signal broadcast – pretty good (act 2 is even a bit funny)

Them – Appetizer Review
French – remade in the states as The Strangers – MUCH better than the US version – non-ghost thriller about kids who have too much time on their hands – think psychotic lord of the flies (kids versus adults)

George Romero’s Deadtime Stories
Anthology from about the time of Creepshow and Cat’s Eye. They gave it the Princess Bride treatment and the stories are horror renditions of classic fairy tales.

Tremors – Horror Lasagna Appetizer Review
A 90’s horror comedy starring Kevin Bacon, Michael Gross and Reba McIntyre. Still fun. Great call back to the 50’s giant monster flicks.

Diary of the Dead
Basically a zombie apocalypse but feral vampires instead of zombies.

Howling 3 – Appetizer Review – Horror Lasagna podcast
It’s crazy, but they don’t get better as the numbers go up. the coolest part is aboriginal mythology of a trickster god being a thylacine and mating with a human to make a marsupial werewolf. Spoiler alert – i just told you the best part of the movie.

We Got a Dog – Appetizer short review
Superb short film. Wonderful and creepy. Great music to set the mood. It’s short.

Once Bitten – Horror Lasagna Appetizer Review
A vampire horror movie, not Rhys’ favorite. Will one with Jim Carrey convince him that vampire movies are good? Doubtful. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Once_Bitten_(1985_film)

Timber Falls – Appetizer Review
Couple kidnapped and tortured by psycho zealot rednecks. Makes all country people look like sociopaths. Not worth watching https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timber_Falls

Werewolves Within – Horror Lasagna Podcast Appetizer review
This was a fun movie. Based on the Ubisoft game, it’s kind of like a David Lynch comedy. If you’re looking for non-stop werewolves, this isn’t for you. Looking for something lighter, great choice.
